Your first class is completely free with no obligation. You'll meet your teacher, experience our teaching method, and decide if it's right for you. Only after you're satisfied do you commit to payment.

You only pay after completing your free trial class and confirming satisfaction. Since you've already experienced the class for free, all payments are final with no refunds. This ensures you're fully committed before paying.

Absolutely! We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your family's busy routine. You can choose days and times that work best for you, and we'll match you with a teacher available during those hours.

Classes are conducted live online via Zoom/Google Meet. You'll have direct face-to-face interaction with your teacher, personalized attention, and the ability to ask questions and get instant feedback.

We understand life happens. Just notify your teacher at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll reschedule your class. We offer up to 2 makeup classes per month for excused absences.

Yes! We teach students of all ages - from young children (ages 5+) to adults. Our teachers are experienced in working with different age groups and adjust their teaching style accordingly.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount for families enrolling 2 or more children. Contact us to set up a family plan with schedules that work for all your children.

All our teachers are certified Huffadh/Qaris with Ijazah, have years of teaching experience, and undergo rigorous screening. Many are also fluent in Somali and understand Somali family needs.
