Alwahyain Academy provides one-on-one online Islamic education services including:

• Quran recitation with Tajweed instruction
• Islamic studies courses (Aqeedah, Fiqh, Seerah)
• Arabic language for Quran understanding
• Quran memorization (Hifz) programs
• Specialized programs for children

3. Enrollment and Payments

Enrollment Process

To enroll in our courses, you must complete the enrollment form and provide accurate information. We reserve the right to accept or decline any enrollment application.

Fees and Payments

• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• Family discounts are applied at our discretion

Free Trial

We offer a 1-day free trial for new students. No payment is required during the trial period. If you continue after the trial, your selected payment plan will begin.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Payment and Satisfaction Guarantee

At Alwahyayn Academy, we want you to be completely confident in your decision to learn with us. That's why we offer a "Try Before You Commit" policy:

5. Class Attendance and Scheduling

• Attendance: Regular attendance is expected for optimal progress.
• Cancellation Policy: Please notify your teacher at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel a class.
• Makeup Classes: We offer up to 2 makeup classes per month for excused absences.
• No-Show Policy: Three unexcused absences may result in removal from the course.
• Schedule Changes: You may request schedule changes with at least 48 hours notice.

6. Student and Parent Responsibilities

As a student or parent/guardian, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment
• Ensure a suitable learning environment for online classes
• Maintain respectful behavior toward teachers and staff
• Complete homework and practice assignments as assigned
• Communicate any concerns or special needs promptly
• Keep login credentials confidential and secure

7. Teacher Assignment

We carefully match students with qualified teachers based on learning needs, schedule, and language preferences (including Somali-speaking teachers when requested). We reserve the right to change teacher assignments when necessary for educational or operational reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, videos, worksheets, and other content provided by Alwahyain Academy are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share materials without permission
• Record classes without explicit consent
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Share login credentials with non-enrolled individuals

9. Code of Conduct

All students and parents are expected to maintain Islamic manners and professionalism:

• Treat teachers and staff with respect and courtesy
• Maintain a positive learning environment
• Refrain from disruptive behavior during classes
• Communicate concerns through proper channels
• Respect cultural and religious sensitivities

Violation of this code may result in suspension or termination of services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alwahyain Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

12. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alwahyain Academy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
